To Set up your solar stake light, remove the plastic sake from the bottom end of the pole and reinsert the opposite end into the pole.

The stake can then be carefully pressed into soft dirt/soil. Take care not to press hard on the lamp. 

The outdoor solar stake lights have a built-in dust-to-dawn sensor in them. So when the sun goes down in the evening the garden solar stake light will come ON automatically on its own. The Solar Stake Light has one White LED light bulb built into the product. To be used for decorating your yard or garden area. Cannot be used for reading or lighting up an area as the lighting is not sufficient. 

Using the solar stake lights for the first time

For optimum performance of the outdoor solar stake lights, your solar panel battery should be fully charged for two days before the first use. 

To charge, ensure that your solar panel is facing upwards to the sun, and is not obstructed by shadows from buildings, trees, walls, and fences. You should aim for at least 8 hours of direct sunlight each day.

The Solar Stake Light’s performance will vary based on the duration and intensity of Sunlight exposure.  

Usage Tips when using the garden solar stake lights

The battery inside the solar stake light will perform optimally as it cycles between fully charging and fully discharging over time. 

The greater the amount of sunlight the garden solar stake light receives the brighter and longer the light will activate.  

Only partially charging and discharging the battery on a regular basis will result in reduced performance and battery life. 

For best results, clean the solar panel on top of the solar light stakes from time to time.

If required, the old battery in the garden solar stake lights can be replaced with a new rechargeable 1.2V 200mAh Ni-Cd Battery.
