Bluecell RGB Multicolor Flashing LED Electronics 5mm
LEDs can only be hooked up to a circuit one way. Make sure the longer lead is Anode (+) is hooked to the hot and shorter lead is the Cathode (-) is hooked to the ground. Use a 1/2 watt 1k resistor in series with a 12 volt supply. The LED flashes and changes color all on its own with a built-in microchip. It looks like a tiny black speck inside the LED. It has no effect on the brightness. They did not come with 1 k resistors. Important you use 1 (one) (1k ) resistor per LED in series.
The LED Bulb just cycle through all the colors. It blinks and pulses.
They run at 3.2V – 3.4V so 4 LED Bulbs in series is good for a 12V supply without the need for current limiting resistors.
