Blood and Life Master Health Cleanse contains the following:

Organic Senna Leaf Powder – Excellent for constipation and bowel obstruction; splendid anti-inflammatory and anti-parasitical agent and pain reliever

Apple Pectin – Bonds and removes unwanted toxins and heavy metals, lowers cholesterol, bulks, and softens the stool; great for the heart, brain, and liver, and boosts energy.

Acidophilus – A well-known probiotic, “helps to maintain great intestinal health” and is a natural antibiotic against dangerous organisms.

Slippery Elm—Absorbs toxins that can cause intestinal imbalances. Can help with duodenal ulcers, gastritis, diarrhea, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids, and heartburn.

Aloe – Increases water content in stools, promotes bowel movements, cleanses blood and colon, and detoxifies.

Burdock – Detoxifies heavy metals from the blood, acts as a natural diuretic, helps drain the lymphatic system, and serves as a blood purifier.

Cascara Sagrada – Stimulates the bowel and softens and bulks up stools.

Recommended Usage	Use three (3) to five (5) capsules twice daily, for a period of one or two weeks, initially. Since cleansing is a fundamental need for great health, you may use three or four capsules – or a slightly increased dosage, if necessary – twice daily, one or two times per week, with a one-week break and continue again. For best results take one dose a hour after last meal at night. Children 6-12 years use half the dose for adults. Dosage may be increased for maximum results, since results may vary based on individual need.
