  5. Do not place the pressure cooker or attempt to pressure cooker in a heated oven.
  6. Extreme caution must be used when moving a pressure cooker containing hot liquids. Do not touch hot surface. Use handles or ear handle.
  7. Do not open pressure cooker until internal pressure has been completely reduced, pressure indicating valve has dropped and no steam escapes when the pressure limiting valve is removed.
  8. Caution to ensure safe operation and satisfactory performance, replace the sealing ring sooner if it becomes hard or deformed.
  9. Close supervision is necessary when the pressure cooker is used near children. It is not recommended that children use the pressure cooker.
  10. Do not use pressure cooker for other than intended use.

  12. Use appropriate heat source(s) according to the instructions for use.
  13. After cooking meat with a skin (e.g ox tongue) which may swell under the effect of pressure, do not prick the meat while the skin is swollen; you might be scalded.

Additional Precautions: ATTENTION –

  • Do not open the cover forcibly when the indicating valve has not dropped.
  • In case the exhaust pipe was blocked during the cooking process, the pressure must be reduced by forced cooling, then open the cover and clear the steam escaping hole, it can be used again.
  • If the cooker is not in use for a long time, the pushing plate must be checked before putting into use.
  • In order to ensure safety, when the fusible plate breaks, it must not be replaced by other metal plate.
  • While the operation of cooking, do not take out the pressure limiting valve; do not put any weight on it or use others instead.
  • In order to ensure safety, never use any metal tensile ring to increase sealing.
