Target Bulls-eye DART Game
Each player takes turns throwing three darts and totaling the score. The first player to score 1000 point point is the WINNER. Beginners may decide to play for smaller total scores such as 250 or 500.
General Rules of Darts
After hanging the dart board on a wall.
- Decide who plays first, each player or one from each team throws one dart each. The player who hits the nearest to the center starts the game.
- Each player throws three darts each.
- Points are only scored when the Darts remain on the board on completion of a throw.
Tournament DART Rules:
- Each team starts with 301 points. The method of scoring is to subtract each score from the remaining total. The score of 301 is used mainly for games between two individuals. For team play the opening score should be increased to 501 or 1001 depending on the size of the team.
- Tournament games are usually started straight but as an alternative can be played by starting with any double.
- The first person or team to reduce their score to exactly zero is the WINNER.
- To finish a double (or bullseye) which exactly reduces the score to zero must be thrown.
- For the purpose of Rules 3 and 4 “Bullseye” counts as a Double 25.
- If a greater score is thrown than is required to reduce the remaining score exactly to zero, then none of the three darts count for that throw and the score remains as it was before that particular throw was taken.
- Each game is called a leg 3 legs make a match and the ultimate winner is the player who first wins 2 legs. This can be varied.
BASEBALL DART GAME
1. Standard Game: The player throwing is the pitcher attempting to retire the opposing side without allowing runs. This can best be achieved by pitching carefully pitching at the corners of the plate. Put the pitch over the center of the plate and it is a home run.
2. Two players or teams can participate. Each team member takes a turn pitching his team’s half of an inning.
3. Each inning is divided into two halves. One from each team. Three outs constitute one half of an inning first pitcher is allowed as many pitches as necessary to get three outs. All runs scored against him credited to the other team. When the current pitcher has made three outs the other player pitches his half of the inning.
4. Usual Rules of Baseball applies. Three strikes and you are OUT. A foul ball counts as a strike but not as a third strike. Any pitcher that misses the plate (target zone) is ruled as a ball to batter constitute a walk any batter is awarded first base.
5. Runs are scored by players rounding the bases and crossing home plate. Runs must be forced over to score.
6. At the end of the regulation number of innings the team with the most runs is the winner.
